How do you write gagtalk?

I usually write the sentence, then I erase all space between words and substituite the consonants with M and the vowels with H.

I use to just right mmph, but now I plan on using a strategy. If it's just the mouth that's sealed, I write m, p, h, and f. If it's the mouth AND nose that's sealed, I plan on only writing m.

I just go and wright down MMMMMMPPPHH! Never put much thought on how many letters and such to use.

Yeah something about the M-M-P-H that I just really enjoy more than gag talk. It's such a call back to the comic scenes and sounds from cartoons that got me into the whole thing.

I've been facing this dilemma myself; I tried writing out a piece of gagtalk dialogue that was nigh intelligible in that the first letter of each word was pronounced and ended with "-ph" or "-mph", and should there be two syllables the word "bicycle" might be "bi-phycle"; but only if I wanted the dialogue to be "somewhat" understood.

It is a tough balance to get right that's for sure!
