Upcoming TMNT Scene(?)

Hey everyone. I was just browsing around on Direct TV's Guide and saw that the next episode of Nickelodeon's TMNT has potential for a DiD scene.
The episode is entitled "Karai's Vendetta" and here's the summary:
"While the Turtles are infiltrating an undersea Kraang base, the Foot Clan attempts to capture April."
The episode airs on Saturday at 10:00 Central Time. If anyone has more details on it, feel free to let us all know.

Good to know! It seems she's a big target in this show since the Krang want her for some reason as well.

Well I haven't seen the episode yet, but let me guess that April kicked Karais ass...

Actually April got a beat down at the hands of Karai but she was able to get away with a little Splinter advice from earlier. I wouldn't worry though. Her being the target of both the Foot Clan and the Kraang tells me we'll get another scene of her again even if she is capable.

lets hope she doesn't have to fight karai again anytime soon. the only reason why she got away was because karai was mostly toying with her, and april accidentally touched a nerve of some kind in her. next time they meet karai would probably waste no time and just break her. it was awesome to see april use her training, and try and keep fighting, but it is obvious she was enormously outclassed. as outclassed as the turtles are against shredder.

actually i am surprised at jsut how vicious their little duel was too, at least by kid entertainment levels. jesus. i was half expecting karai to try and snap april's ankle at one point. cool to see april grow too. even if there is never another did scene in the series, though i hope there is, this is turning out to be one awesome show.

I'll admit that I was disapointed that there wasn't a DiD scene in the episode. I did like the fight between April and Karai. Hopefully April will find herself in peril again soon enough.

Even though I would prefer the old school April I really appreciate the new kind of storytelling of the show. I mean the characters actually develop and you have a common threme throughout the episodes, while the old show was more focused on entertaining with a classic hero saves damsel theme and some pretty nice humor. Therefore the new TMNT really works as a show itself even for adult viewers, which impresses me. It's really not just a show for young kids who want 20 minutes of fun on saturday morning. So it's not easy to complain. Just tie April up some more damit.
