Episode #2 - in two separate scenes a young wife has her hands roped over her head by her psycho husband
Episode #11 - a schoolgirl is roped hand and foot along with a tape gag. (Unfortunately she's about to be murdered, thrown off a skyscraper.)
Episode #20 - in an extended scene a young woman is clamped to a steel chair that later unfolds into a crucifix shape.
Episode #26 - a girl in a kimono is wrapped (not webbed) with supernatural spider silk.
