I recently had the chance to see a 2-part OVA called Sailor Victory for the first time in ages, and I discovered that I had long forgotten (yet again) a small DID scene. Toward the end of the second episode two somewhat older girls cosplaying with high school sailor outfits are suspended with their arms roped above them.
