I recently had the opportunity to review all of eX-Driver and noted the following DID scenes:
OVA - none
movie - three:
1) around the 20-min. point there's a double chloroforming followed by a somewhat lengthy CID scene, wrists roped in front.
2) around the 37-min. point there's a brief scene of a girl (namely Lisa the tomboy eX-driver) with her arms held behind her
3) around the 43-min. point there's an extended scene of a girl in a truck with her arms roped behind the seat
According to the Wikipedia the theatrical release included a prequel called Nina & Rei: Danger Zone. (Somehow I had never heard of this earlier.) It also has some DID scenes:
1) a girl (Nina, to be specific) thoroughly tied up with red ribbons
2) a group consisting of an ugly dude and two office ladies with arms tied behind them (we only see the back of the dude, and it's ambiguous whether he's tied with rope or tape)
3) an even uglier dude than before with rope wrapped around his torso and a tape gag
The movie included three "short subjects," and the third actually has a quick DID scene: a static shot of Lorna (the stylish eX-driver) tied to a post.
