If there's one thing I hate about not being subscribed to these streaming services is having to wait until some pirate leaks the episodes on some site lol

Judging by the screenshots it looks like it's one of those scenes where the captives get not too much screentime in total but just enough.

The only real annoyance is that you can hear Casey mmmphing in the background but it's very faint and she's offscreen and that stupid rat villain talks all over it. If we exclude that and the fact that it could have been a bit longer and with just a bit more struggling, not bad. Then again, there seems to be kind of an unwritten rule in animation about the inverse proportionality of numbers of DiDs and the seconds the show they're in actually bothers to focus on them. Also, the way the mayor ends up roped is LOL.

A few days ago i learned of a forbidden episode that was shelved for political reasons.
I wil try to find it because it was leaked somewere in 2024

Found it on Archive.org. The basketball team (mostly female) gets locked in a room but no bindings for anybody, not even the evil teacher. So, yeah, it's over.
