Finally came across an unreported sighting ... but it's pretty darn obscure: Lime-Iro Ryuukitan X, the second season of Lime-Iro Senkitan (alternatively spelled Raimu-Iro). In episode #7, staring around 13:20, a group of five girls in military-type uniforms are suspended by their wrists with chains.
