In episode #63 of SKET Dance there's a body-switch plot involving boy and girl classmates (Bossun and Himeko, for those familiar with the show). Unfortunately they can't "keep a low profile" until their mad scientist faculty advisor reverses the situation because they're on an overnight school trip. Furthermore that means communal sleeping quarters, so to make sure the boy-in-a-girls-body doesn't do anything naughty, s/he's tied up on the futon. But instead of a comic tie-up, s/he's in shibari ropework plus a mild hogtie! A quick scene, right at the end of the episode.
