Still no gags, but Chief Bei Fong ends up getting Bolo-tied by some villains and then is shown kneeling with her hands bound in front of her. I think there's also a blink and you miss it scene of a female police technician getting tied up by the Equalists as well, along with some guys.

Indeed. And the scene continues into the next episode with her and the City Counsel Members that were kidnapped as well. We may get a few random woman tied up at the Equalist rally before the war starts.
