I had a heads-up about a DID scene in Princess Jellyfish from a screengrab I found from "shadownightjpn" at Deviantart. In episode #10 Tsukimi is tied with rope . . . but until I took a closer look at the image I didn't realize she also had an OTN gag. That wasn't at all evident when I played the disk.

And for the sake of completeness, episode #3 also has two (quick) DID scenes. In the first, Tsukimi in Frump mode has her arms pinned to her side with a strip of cloth. In the second, Tsukimi in Stylish mode is tied to a lamppost.
