HARLEY QUINN & THE BIRDS OF PREY #4 (2020)

This is a Black Label imprint by Amanda Connor & Jimmy Palmiotti. The last issue shipped in September and ended with a DID cliffhanger involving Joker, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy (the bindee). I covered that here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=9374

The next chapter picks up and it has an extended scene, but as a warning, it is fairly violent. Black Label is essentially "Vertigo for Mainstream DC Comics" although the main comics can be just as violent too, so...I digress. Black Label is just DC Comics with non-bleeped curses.

And yes, Harley has a near death experience and meets both God and Satan, but she recovers surrounded by her friends. Including the loosely vailed knockoff of Deadpool, "Red Tool."

So, it is quite violent but it is also quite an extended DID scene featuring Harley and Ivy.
