I think its a repeat but for anyone in the UK (or anyone can can view british channels) on Channel 4 music theres an episode of "trick or treat" on at the moment where the subject (a gal) will be kidnapped, tied up and dumped underwater where she will have to get loose.

Meh, bit of a bust.

Zip tied wrists in front, duct taped legs and blindfolded. Drove in van to lake in which she's dumped in.
Camera underwater gets pretty much nothing as its too murky to see anything.
