Rearranging

After adding a new GiD section to the forum you may notice a few sections were rearranged. I decided to move the Fanfiction section out of it's own category and into the "Other" section. It didn't really need it's own section so that's pretty much the only reason I did that. It's still there just slightly moved so don't panic if you don't see it right away! Same goes for the Request section. I moved that up into the General section and out of it's own category.
