Tales of Symphonia

I came across an unexpected gif earlier today. Apparently one of the Tales of Symphonia OVAs has a scene where a female character (not sure who she is but she has red hair) is briefly wrapped up and gagged by Sheena, the group's spellcaster. It looks like a short and lighthearted scene.

There are three Symphonia OVA mini-series that I'm aware of, but I'm not sure which one contains the scene.

he could also mean Presea, who is a girl.

Presea has Pink hair though, Zelos has red.

I've seen the gif that disguise is talking about and it's definitely Zelos.
