In the episode Isabella is trying to see what Phineas is doing for her birthday but trying to keep it a surprise.So he ask BUford to get Isabella out of there so in his own way Buford put Isabella in a sack and carried her off.you can hear Isabella trying to fight free and later in the episode Isabella get sack again to take her to the great final of her birthday's party
