Carver never actually invented Peanut Butter. He pretty much invented every OTHER use for a peanut though. This story is... sadly not surprising. Especially for Portlandia.

definitely doesn't change the fact these people are utterly stupid. i know that with politics, literally EVERYTHING needs to be put on the table, but this should be a ten second thought and be gone with it.
