Oh my goodness! Looks like Amelie and Company are in BIG trouble. I can easily imagine what happened to them. Also,it’s not difficult to figure out who Megan and Kenzi’s “guest is and what happened to him. He’s probably in a locked room somewhere,just like Amelie and her friends.

So, yeah…Megan definitely has Amelie & friends tied up to prevent them from sneaking off again.
As for Frankie…the man either traded one prison for another (at least this one is above a bar)…
…or he’s been hired as a temporary employee to look after Amelie and the rest.
He does still have plenty of enemies who would come after him if they found out he survived the prison break.
