I have no idea why Julia seems so embarrassed. I don’t see a reason for it. She looks incredible. To be honest,she’s going to get plenty of attention. No doubt about that.
For the most part,I agree with you,Atador. Julia looks great in her gown. She might have wished for a more modest look,but a lot of people are going to like her in this outfit,me included.
Oh, I love her looks too, Ghost. Is just that I thought that she, as PUNC leader, should have used the gala uniform, as is accustomed in the military and police forces. She looks gorgeous in her regular uniform; she must be stunning in gala uniform.

And I have to say, as I unlucky as Julia might feel, she looks like a greek goddess here! At least her dress seems to be reminiscent of one. Though it is a bit strange that she doesn't wear her gala uniform, like Atador pointed out. I definitely agree on that.
But I'm not complaining. And I hope we'll soon get to see both of them – and probably many other beautifully dressed woman too – in bondage. :3
And another thing: that Osei Spire is reminiscent of one or more real-existing scyscrapers that are among the tallest buildings in the world, isn’t it? It reminds me both of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the CN Tower in Toronto. But it’s not based on some particular tower, am I right?
