Likely where Nera is going to try having Amaretto assassinated by the escapees, would be my wager.
I’m with LivingWish here. It’s going to be likely that either Amaretto gets kidnapped at the gala,or the escapees think it’s a good idea to grab them both to get a much higher ransom. It wouldn’t surprise me if that happened,but hey. That’s just me.
