Franka a lady detective is kidnapped by an old villainess she once crossed. Her and her friend are put into sacks and Fran is whisked away. She wakes up handcuffed and tape gagged still in the sack and being taken to an unknown location. The villains dump her out intending to dispose of her in and old frozen cavern under a ruined castle. Franka works her bonds off and eventually gets out of the crevice.
Captured by a corrupt warlord the lovely Chunhyung is chained and gagged in a dungeon with the intent to ware her down. He intends to have her become his body guard, and uses the death of her lover (and the man she once sore to guard) is killed in his quest to win back the kingdom. After shunning him the warlord decides to have the royal hypnotist force her into servitude.

After meeting the main character his fellow trolls capture her thinking she’s a goblin in disguise. They tie her up and gag her and hold a trial planning to burn her with a bonfire as she hangs above it tied helplessly.

In this little entry in the Adventures of Superboy a young Aquashow girl names Lea Holiday stumbles onto a couple of bank robbers that used torpedoes and diving suits for their heist get-a-ways. Lea finds their hideout but is caught snooping and sent on her final boat ride! Luckily Superboy is there to save the day and our young would-be heroine. Some great panels here and classic dialog.
In the this 2013 animated adaptation of Superman: Brainiac Lois is seen as a hooded hostage right from the first seconds of the movie. A group of mercs have her tied and hooded leading her to a get away chopper. Lois and the main bad guy banter back and forth as the criminals best the cops knowing Superman is out of the country. Too bad for them Superman’s Cousin is in town!

They are handcuffed to a large girder and gagged with thick cloths. The man of steal bursts in to save them but the gags prevent Lois from telling him it’s a trap until it’s too late. Gotta love a good use of a white cloth!
In this finale to the Tarzan based fighting Anime a young conservationist with a lioness sidekick is kidnapped! She is used as bait to lure Ta-chan into a treacherous trap! Some Great struggling!

In this brother/sister adventure series Dag and Heidi come across a girl who apparently has psychic visions of the future. However she is disturbed by a certain vision of being kidnapped by two men. Sure enough as if on cue the men show up and kidnap the hapless girl after rendering Dag and Heidi unconscious. They whisk the girl away on a boat bound and gagged with a red cloth and stash her away in a tree top hideout before Dag and Heidi attempt a rescue.
Akko takes on the guise of her school-mate Yuriko. It just so happens that a pair of crooks have planned on kidnapping her to extort money from her rich parents.
