His neice Lori is kidnapped to lure the tinty detective into a trap. He runs to her as she calls out only to question how she can call out when she’s gagged! Just a fun scene!
It’s a bad day for Becky. A bunch of rogues bust into her home kill her preacher father and whisk her away. She awakes tied to a chair and being menaced by a crazy undead lady in a dress saying how her husband will be by to torture her to death. And she has no idea what any of this is about. How terrible… but luckily the hero comes by to set her free!
In this Adventures of Superman a Lex Corp Scientist gets nabbed by some mobsters for her knowledge on some project they want. Well Luthor doesn’t take kind to that kind of treatement of his employees so he promptly comes to the rescue. Yeah… Luthor saves her. Totally weird huh?
Doom has taken over Wakanda and is holding the royal family hostage. But T’challa, his sister Shuri (Black Panther) and the X-men are launching a full scale assault to end the short lived Tyranny. T’challa finds Doom at the Vibranium vaults using Storm as a hostage bound and gagged by srap matal and tells T’challa to open the vaults or his wife will die. Apparently thisis all just a ruse by Doom to mess with T’challa’s head as he has already taken the vibranium and revealed that T’challa chose his duty over his love. I include the last page because it’s pimp.
Superheroine turned cop is on the scene of a kidnapping with her partner. I really don’t know too much about what’s going on but it the girl sure is cute with that big ol’ red cloth gag tied over her mouth. She also seems to be star struck that she’s being rescued by a famous superhero. Gotta love those fangirls! Thanks to Patrickextreme for the scans!
In this satirical comic strip done for the Johnny Carson Show Jack Kirby depicts the late night host as a super villain known as “Fiesty John” and his sidekick “Sweet Ed” (Ed McMahon). They have kidnapped a poor woman named Virginia. The magazine admits to not knowing the true identity of the woman and speculate that it could be Ed’s wife. Who ever she is she looks fantastic as a hostage in that sinister Green Room.

A cute animal girl gets kidnapped by a bunch of pirates and those guys sure know how to treat a lady. They lock her up in a lower cabin bound and gagged. When the captain unties her to show a little affection he decides she need some more time in her bonds. Then she’s carried off to the island where they plan to dig up the treasure. Luckily after a second attempt Andy is able to free her from her ordeal!
A meta human with the ability to see through other peoples eyes is used by a criminal organization to commit crimes. When he gets in too deep the criminals target his wife Karen! She is subsequently bound and gagged with a photo sent to him. The scene is long and has plenty of shots of her wide eyed face. Great stuff!
