Found this relatively short comic series about three teenage witches who use their magic to dominate their high school and otherwise do as they please through the use of a spell book and 3 dolls that they used to form a communal magic pact with each other.
In the first storyline 2 of them suspect the third of betraying them so they ambush her at home and restrain her by gagging and binding her doll with duct tape which in turn does the same to her (though we can't actually see any bindings on her)
