In this special and final issue there’s a roast of Harley to celebrate her birthday with stories narrated by different characters. Harley’s tied to a chair while the first 4 stories are being told.
She frees herself before narrating the last story which takes place in a BTAS universe, where we can see a panel with some heroes and villains bound and gagged on a rooftop: Batman, Robin, Batgirl, Joker, Two Face and Poison Ivy (Batgirl’s the only one who’s not gagged, by the way, I don’t know why...).

Well, Batgirl is usually voiced by Tara Strong, and maybe she's high profile enough to demand not doing "muffles" anymore. 
Kidding. At least Poison Ivy is gagged. It's a good scene for people who like CID with high profile characters. At least DC Comics is still bothering with these sorts of scenes these days. At Marvel they're few and far between, despite how many more heroines have their own series.
