Anime Sightings Old and New - Master of Ragnarok

This series seems to be known equally as The Master of Ragnarok & Blesser of Einherjar and as Hyakuren no Haou to Seiyaku no Valkyria. In episode #1 a girl is tied in the usual anime fashion, lots of rope around the torso and arms behind. (What struck me as a little unusual was that some "shots" were behind her so we could see her wrists roped together.) I forgot to check the run time but the scene starts somewhere around the 7-minute mark.
