Old scene

I was trying to remember and locate an old scene but i don't remember the name
The scene had two girls captured and strapped to, i think it was like a poker table, and they were being torture via electrocuted.
I think they were dressed up as maids. I thought it was sakura taisen but that doesnt have the character i remember. I think they were dressed as maids when the were strapped in to the deivce. no gags so it wont be in that list.
