A terminology question

Post by MakeupAndTieup »

As you might know, I’m a mummification snob which is why most of my requests where mummification. But if mummification is asking for too much, I also like straitjackets (specifically when the arms are up front) and arms bound to the torso. What I mean by the latter is (I will not list too many examples because it’s common) Lois Lane in the old Superman cartoon “The mechanical monsters”, Slice in My hero academia heroes rising, and Fluttershy in “Putting your hoof down”. My question is: is it okay to say “arms bound to the torso” or should I use a different term like “arms pinned to the side” instead?

Yeah, arms pinned to sides is more accurate.
