It's out and the scene happens in episode 6. Very short scene, Ciri gets chloroform'd and then taken to be interrogated by her captors, later cuts to her siting down, hands bound by a belt or leather straps behind a tree and a giant blue cleave gag around her mouth and the tree, gets rescued shortly after. She's mmphs a little when captured but not when she's gagged but looks amazing when gagged. I haven't noticed any other scenes since I skimmed it looking for the Ciri scene.

Making the gag part of the actual restraints. Don't see that too often in live-action; it's a nice touch.
