This 1-part OVA is about as unknown as they come, and I watched it purely on a whim. Yet it turned out to have a DID scene around the 20:40 point: three young ladies with arms tied behind and plenty of rope around the torso.
For those who are so inclined, this scene also had a GID cocooned in rope and suspended.
