Tomorrow the new Fire Emblem game finally gets released. This should be a promising game for the damsel community because Fire Emblem always has many damsels in distress. So far each game featured at least one kidnapping and certainly a lot of attempted kidnappings. Sometimes there are even characters that are bound and gagged like Selkie, Nah and Gordin.

The main female character in this game is Edelgard. One of her stated dislikes is chains which implies a kidnapping in her past. She's also very pretty.

And while I won't say the name for spoiler reasons I know at least one girl gets kidnapped.

Well it should be pointed out its not visual bondage. The sprites say the same and its just the dialogue that indicates they are bound and gagged. Still....better then nothing I suppose.

In the 3ds games two beast girls end up getting nabbed by slavers. Nah in Awakening and Selkie in Fates. The later is essentially a repeat of the former.

Selkie: In the B support at 2:33. Quite frankly....I would have prefered the boy to get nabbed. He's the prince and Selkie is not so it would make more sense for him to be targeted. Plus the support makes it a point that he wants Selkie to me more careful but....its Kiragi, he's usually worse about it then she is. Oh well. Damsel fans will prefer it as is

Gordin: The longest gag conversation goes to a boy. Gordin being a very cute boy ensures I'm fine with it. Also if you've seen the anime he kinda earned that gag. Now he can't say ''LEDEM ALL GOO! But Maaaaaarth!''

DiD aside, this game is one of the reason I'm buying Switch. Edelgard is so gorgeous Thanks for the alert I can't wait to grab this game.

A bit of a dark moment in Bernadetta's support. She reveals that in order to be trained as a 'good, submissive wife', her father would sometimes tie her to a chair for an entire day, challenging her to stay quiet for that whole day while tied up. Up to your imagination if she got gagged or locked up in a room/closet/basement.

Edelgard also has some pretty dark damsel history. Those guessing her fear of chains and rats hinted at some time in a dungeon were right. Its not very pleasant. To start with she was much younger at that time, too young in fact and in her cell she had to watch her siblings get sick and die, or go insane. 11 royals went in, only one came out. (I think this site needs spoiler tags for things like this)

On a brighter note Flayne also gets kidnapped. Of course she does, she's the resident loli. A sidequest is also about foiling a kidnapping attempt on Ingrid.
