Mary Marvel sounds like a good character to make a parody comic of.
She's cute and often gets tied up and gagged as a plot device to prevent her from using her powers, even if the bad guys don't know about it.

Either her or Black Canary, another legendary heroine who's rendered powerless with a gag. 8)
