From the top of my head, I remember how Prince Adam walks around in purple fur briefs in He-Man.
Teela also casually wears a leotard publicly.

There are also other examples, like Chichi going around in a bikini-like outfit when she's younger.
Girls wearing leotards or bikinis in public is also common in the anime Cobra.
