Anyway, I was looking for Batman stories involving the Joker, and found the issue 511.
It is part of a huge story ark called "zero hour" involving parallel dimensions.
In this case, the dimension of "our" batman is starting to fuse with another dimension : in this one, Barbara Gordon does not get shot by the joker in "the kiling joke", but her father gets killed instead and she is captured.
In this issue we see a brief flashback of this alternate "killing joke" story with Barbara Gordon bound and gagged on a chair.
