In this special holiday comic special featuring Batgirl has her helping Harley rescuing Poison Ivy from an evil villainess who wants to use Ivy's formula for poison to take over the city. It has a nice scene of Ivy tied up to a chair and Harley handcuffed to rails and it ends with Harley tying up and gagged the two female thugs with red ribbons.
