Here's one of the back-up stories from the 1st issue of the old 3 Stooges comic, from 1949. Heed the warning! Multiple death scenes, animal attacks, blood, implied Guro/gore, bondage, DID, DIP, GID, CID, etc., etc. Tame by some of the stuff I've seen to-day but, in '49 it was considered totally outrageous. As far as I know, this wasn't used in SOTI.
