Anime Sightings Old and New - Samurai Girls

Here's a number of scenes spotted in Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls:

• In episode #9 a girl has been wrapped in a futon which is tied with straps or rope, and she's ballgagged as well. However, this is more for comic relief than because she's actually in distress.
• In the same episode, and extending into #10, a group of girls have their wrists locked in stocks.
• In episode #11 a mostly-naked girl is shackled to the horizontal shelf of some sort of medical apparatus.
• In episode #12 a girl is in a vertical spreadeagle from ropes or cables.

I just finished watching the anime a week ago....I thought there might be some potential for gags seeing as how the main females need to say a "keyword" to transform and use their power, or in some cases, kiss the male lead...I was a little bit disappointed. Do you know if either of the Samurai Girls mangas have DID scenes in them?
