1. Estelle Bright - (Legend of Heroes VI)
2. Leia Rolando - (Tales of Xillia)
3. Fio - (Angelic Vale) - Not sure too many people have heard of that one. (She's that cute brown haired girl that wears academy female style white and green.)
4. Cheria Barnes - (Tales of Graces R)
5. Alicia Melachiott - (Valkyria Chronicles)
6. Cecilia Armaclite - (Hexyz Force)
7. Luca Trulyworth - (Ar Tonelico II)
8. Akiza Izinski - (Yugioh 5Ds)
9. Cecily Campbell - (The Sacred Blacksmith)
10. Eliza Mayfield - (Growlanser IV)

I could list a hundred to be honest. For anime anyway, video games on the other hand not so much, I just haven't found any that appealing to me. The closest I can think of is Dr. Veronica from Rampage: World Tour.

Only five of the ones I listed were only in video games mostly RPGs. The rest have been in anime. Some were RPGs developed into anime OVAs. The ones that have been in both are Estelle Bright, Alicia Melachiott and Eliza Mayfield who all were in J-RPGs and also OVAs with the exception of Alicia who was in an anime series based off the game Valkyria Chronicles.

Well, it doesn't have to be limited to ten if you want to list more. I can name my Top 10 or Top 20 favorites without much thought.

Though it is a toss up between Estelle Bright, Leia Rolando and Fio for #1 because they are so cute!!! Still have to say Estelle Bright is my #1 favorite.

This cutie was both kidnapped in the anime and the game, but she never got a tie up scene sadly.
