Do you think we should a fury list for shows like chip and dale rescue rangers and tiny toons , I was also aksing because I found some in the g1 my little pony the glass princess and a couple of other scenes like with Tirek and Katirona, Also there a scene in the list friendship is magic if you like cell scenes

As I've said before, Rarity has never been tied up nor gagged in the show unless you count the time she was hoof-gagged by Rainbow. And although the Pinkie Pie one in the picture isn't canon, she did get supernaturally gagged.
