I saw the TV series not too many years ago (but not OVA episodes), and this doesn't look familiar. True, in my old age my memory is terrible, but I feel fairly confident it wasn't included in the animation.

Damn I could of sworn I saw a sceencap somewhere, but I'll take you word for it that I'm probably mistaken.
