Maybe they're afraid that if you dress up something like Lady Gaga, it then becomes a Lady Gaga? Thus the preventative measure of a tape gag?
...That is quite strange though. This looks more like Lady Gaga's bedroom than it does an actual art gallery from other screens on the site, though I suppose art is subjective; and Lady Gaga is quite an odd subject to tackle.
