Yes, Lupin III has tons of DID scenes, but I found another in a pretty obscure source. Before the first Lupin III TV series a 15-minute trailer (called a "pilot film") was animated in order to describe the plot set-up and the characters. It has about a 2-second scene of Fujiko chained up with her hands at shoulder level.
