Searching for Comicscene: Batman (Joker)

Hi,

I've been searching some time now for an older scene from a Batman comic, in which the Joker has tied and gagged a family and begins stealing their Christmas presents. The scene appeared probably in the time around 2000-2005. Not 100% sure. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
