After a long interval of no sightings I spotted three in a short span. I'll put them in separate messages in order to keep any replies sorted.
The first sighting was in Galaxy Express 999. I thought I was familiar with all the DID scenes in this series but I found one I wasn't aware of. In episode #81 Maetel is tied to a chair with her arms behind her, but not behind the chair (ouch). Tetsuro is tied to a chair nearby, so technically this is a CID scene.
