Need more info on Secret Adventures

I found this video clip of some animated segments from a TV show called Secret Adventures. I tried looking on the net for more info but it appears there is not much to tell about this show. All I can figure out from this video is that it's about three kids that gets turn into different types of animals on each new adventures.
