Fish Police request

Now here is a bit of an unusual request but from the unknown series of Fish Police I found three lovely fish ladies whom looks like they deserve some damsels in distress treatment.

What I would like is to have all three of them tied up with ropes while their fish tails are all anchored to a weight with over-the-mouth type gags to keep them all quiet.
