That is The First Born son of Zues. And he is a badass. Admittedly this isn't a good picture of him:

admitably he looks better, but he still looks utterly ridiculous. looks like he is wearing a purple version of aquaman's pants, scale cape....... and wtf are those thigns coming out of his gauntlets? he looks like he got his costume by killing two purple triceratops! saying tow because his the spikes would obliviously come from the horn on their snouts.

okay, i know looking ridiculous is almsot like a comic book must, but this i find more than slightly odd. especialyl considering that if he is some greek demigod, his outfits far from says, greek deity villain and more dinosaur themed batman villain.

The armor was fashioned from a sea monster that he killed moments after he awoke. It is LITERALLY made form its husk and claws. He doesn't bare any Greek clothing because in the story he was long imprisoned in ice by Zeus because he was thought ordained to destroy the Gods. He is long removed from the Greek pantheon. It would be best for you to READ a story before making judgments about why someone looks the way they do.
