Oblivion Island: Haruka and the Magic Mirror (to give the full title) is a CGI movie with an extended DID scene. Starting after the 55:00 mark a schoolgirl is handcuffed with her arms over her head to a sort of tilted frame that allows the villains to wheel her about. Somewhat later they try to make her swallow a pill by forcing the end of a tube into her mouth (a tube decorated with oversized lips).
