After being in development for more than six years, Disney has a release date for an Ant-Man film from Marvel Studios: November 6, 2015.
Scott Pilgrim vs. The World and Shaun of the Dead director Edgar Wright has been attached to the property since 2006, and appeared this past July at Comic-Con International at the Marvel Studios panel to show Ant-Man test footage.
In the same press release, Disney confirmed that 2013's Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World will both be in 3D; a first for a solo Iron Man movie.
The currently untitled sequel to The Avengers is scheduled out the same year as Ant-Man — May 1, 2015.

If Ant-Man doesn't come out until months after Avengers 2, I'm guessing he won't be part of the team.
