Well guys it looks like we got quite some pics for some halloween theme animated cartoons this year.
First off and man I would love to see this flick is Hotel Transylvania http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FYgzizpCTKU where Dracula invites all of his monster friends to his hotel for his daughters 118th birthday but a human stumbles onto the hotel takes a shine to his daughter and it kind of goes downhill from there. The only scary thing about this movie is that Fran Dresser from the Nanny is one of the voice actors in this film.
Next we have Paranormin from the makers of Coraline about a young boy who has the power to see ghosts must use his gift to help save his town, family, and friends from an evil witches curse. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NbqUzvRUeu8
And finally from Tim Burton himself comes Frankenweenie a remake of his 1984 shortfilm of the same name where a boy brings his dead dog back to life. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xD6yNqOr ... re=related
Boy I wonder what they'll come up with for Thanksgiving.

Re: Scary animated movies this fall season
I've been always a fan of Burton's work, but comparing his current proyect with the rest of his competitors, I can say I've lost all interest on him by now. The Corpse Bride was a nice movie, and still it lacked of something I could feel back in The Nightmare Before Christmas (maybe that something was Henry Selick?).
Anyway, these Hotel Transylvania and Paranorman movies look awesome, specially the second one. Yeah, I always had a crash for stop-motion, I love old Harryhausen movies and all that stuff XD.

Hey, some of us like Fran Drescher!

I already saw ParaNorman a week ago, before Isaac blew in.
Was pretty good, all things considered.

Yeah I like to see both Paranormin and Hotel Transvainia but I'll skip Frankenweenie...I saw the orginal short film years ago it was a B-movie then and it'll be a B-movie now.
