Well there was a brief full treatment in the new Birds of Prey, along with several KO's, and a brief handgag.

Synopsis: This issue has Black Canary and her team infiltrating Themiscyra and splitting up to find her sister Sin. Said infiltration involves multiple Amazons getting knocked out, and at one point Zealot has to silence her teammate to not give them away. It all culminates in Harley and Black Canary leaving the two Amazons they knocked out bound and gagged to a pillar, with what looks like one of their capes.

You beat me to it! I had this series in the alerts topic because I knew there was no way Kelly Thompson could relaunch Birds Of Prey and not get in a scene somewhere. A part of me is impressed she waited 3 issues.

What I love isn't just the scenes here, but the dialogue and the narration by Dinah. Harley's very kink-positive teases and Dinah, who is Wonder Woman's friend, secretly confirming the bondage fetish. It reminds me of an issue of Black Widow where Natasha's narration claimed that Yelena Belova was "feeling alive" after allowing herself to be tied to a chair.
