Well, not actually, as she was once the Mayor's son's girlfriend that sort of wants revenge on the main character for what she did to him and scared her face.
The comic is funny is the style of I Hate Fairyland, another great mature cartoonish comic done in that style cartoonish blood and gore. Both recommended.
